As you place your order you can choose the size (approximate number of photos), the quality (we have upgraded you already to high quality for free but we can scan up to our highest quality if you want super clarity) and other options.

We'll take your details and finally, inevitably, we'll ask you to make a payment.

Wait for your Premium Box
By return we'll send your Premium box based on your order.

Your Premium package will include full instructions and a labelled mailing bag for you to use to return the photos to us.

Fill the box
This should be nice and easy and fun. Gather all your photos and put them in the box.
​
There's no need to count the photos, we just want to get your photos digitised and online for you as soon as possible. If the number of photos is outside the range of your order (i.e. XL is 500-1000 photos) we'll charge or refund at the end (see FAQ for prices).

When the box is full, put it in the mailing bag and drop it into any Post Office. Please remember to keep the mailing receipt. We'll be waiting for your photos to arrive.

We'll scan and upload them
As soon as the photos arrive, they will be passed to one of the reLOVE photos lab specialists. Handling your photos with care they will scan, correct and upload each one. In no time at all your loved ones precious memories will be online in the reLOVE gallery.

Our lab specialists are very proud of their work, every photo will be properly orientated and they will check as they go to try and remove borders and red-eye where possible.
As soon as everything is loaded and been through our multi-stage quality check we'll send you a link so you can start to enjoy the photos straight away. From the reLOVE cloud you can download or comment on photos, you can also order reprints and photo gifts straight from the site.

We'll return the photos
At your choice we will return the photos or destroy the photos once uploaded. When you place your order you can also choose whether your digital photos are provided just on the reLOVE cloud or also returned on a USB key.

If you choose them to be destroyed we will hold them for 30 days in case you change your mind and then will shred them.
​
You can also buy gift USB keys for parents, siblings or children provided in a gift box you can personalise for each recipient.
​
Your photos will be kept on the reLOVE cloud for 90 days, we will write to you and offer extension packages if you'd like to keep the photos on the cloud for longer, even indefinitely.
